Eating tomatoes increases red blood cells and eliminates paleness and anemia in the body. According to scientists, tomatoes are rich in iron and other alkalis that the body needs for nutrition. Tomatoes have a greater ability to make blood than expensive fruits such as apples, oranges, and grapes. It contains sufficient amount of salt, potash, iron, lime and manganese.
