These are very simple questions which can be answered by one site.(There are two sites which cane be used for this. But I will explain one site which I use frequently.

It's Ecosynthesizer.com. Once you go to this link, just type your username there and you will see the your statistics as below.( I will use my account name for reference)

At left side, you can see some basic details about your account like account value, BP and Blurt amount, voting power, vote weight and some more.

At right side you can see every transaction and and every vote, comment and any thing you done with your account. If you need you can select only the points you want to see in this section as below.

You have to just select the type of transaction you need to check and click on boil button.. Then you will see only selected transactions from you.

If you go down little bit, you can see so many options like Transfer & delegation, Current withdraw routes, Detailed balance, Metadata, Account info, Witness votes and few more. And also if you're running a witness node, you can check the details of witness node too.
