Snails are rich and very proteinous in nature but some people may not like snails the way others would like snails. Just like how some love sea foods like crabs while others think it a bag of junkπ .
Here in the southern part of west Africa, this are not just protenous but very costly in the market so if you would want to go into farming and keeping snails, it will be very profitable. This farm here is just a commercial farm for home use alone. And I made this article to show us how I farm my snails. Hope you enjoy it.
Snails could mostly be located under leaves and in moist places during a rainy season so I pick up snails and make a home for them inside a porous and ventilated pot like the one in the picture below to keep them ventilated.
make a pond with a bowl of water and allow the snails to move around and wash themselves.
I just allow them within some leaves and keep an eye on them so they don't disappear π
.
This creatures were really adorable from my lens too. And I took them on a close shot.
After the fun fair, they are taken back into the porous pot with some of the asuza and that could last them up to 3 or 5 days then I can pay them a revisit.
This is how I farm my little and big snails and I hope you enjoyed what you saw, thanks for your time and support too do have a great day.
all Images are original and mine taken with DSLR

Such a honour thank you π
I've heard a lot about this but I haven't tried to have a go at eating snail. If I get myself in a country or a decent restaurant where snail is used to prepare something sumptuous, I may consider having a taste of it.
I like how neat those snails are. It shows you know a lot about taking care of a snail farm.
Haha . Thank you so much I do know how to take proper care of them indeed time to time I make sure to visit and see how they are doing.
Also, they are very delicious you really have to try it someday π
