I have been dealing with some kind of eye infection lately. I don't know what is the cause but my one eye has swollen a lot. It looks scary and when I look myself into the mirror, I feel pity for myself. I am taking eyedrops regularly but I feel like I am blind because I only can see with one eye. Looking at the swollen face is painful, there is no pain in the swollen part except itching so I am guessing it's a bacterial infection.
If I don't see any improvement, I will see a doctor soon. My Christmas was okay, I went out, roamed around, and had a nice dinner in a nice restaurant. Christmas is not my festival so I don't do traditional kinds of stuff.

My wife is an Optician, and based on her experience, you may have cellulitis of the eyelid. You might want to go to the doctor sooner than later. She has seen one patient come back in several times for new infections and was hospitalized once for it.
I will go to see a doctor probably today or tomorrow depending on the appointment. I guess my eyes need an urgent checkup. I have pet dog but I don't think my infection has come from her fur or anything. Today swollen reduced a little bit and eyedrop is helping but still, my one eye gets dry so quickly and starts itching...
