The lento version is similar to the combro. Cassava + grated coconut mixed with two onions, chilies, and semangit tempeh, add salt / stock and spring onions. Then shaped and fried. It's done.
It smells fresh and is typical of tempeh semangit. Love the orange leaf slices, they are more fragrant, this is one of my favorite fried foods too..
