Today is the last week of September. Next month is my birth month. I will be celebrating in first week of October. I decided to have my self make over.
I have no money to pay in the Saudi Parlor that is so expensive, so I cut it by myself.

For my thin hair, I used aloeva for treatment.
This is how I welcome my 53red existence to the world. I am not the time of woman who waste money from buying expensive stuff. I even sew my dresses too. Simplicity is beauty. I am not against the wealthy people to spend much money for their satisfaction but for me I am belong to lower class so I used organic only. The money I supposed to buy is already enough budget for food or important needs.
The world now is in struggle financially. There are many issues about climate changes and hunger. Let us be practical and if we have something that we can help someone let us do it.
We can take care ourselves without using money. Health is wealth and we should take care our life too. Make a daily warm up every morning and drink a lot of water everyday in the morning and before bed time. I am running 53 and thanks God I am still able to work from morning until night. I have hypertension so I already got mentainance tablets for lifetime. I am.doing my 15minutes walking arpu d the house aside from my working hours for cooking any cleaning.
