This is a Black and White photo of me with my very 1st car… It was a very old VW Golf fixer upper…. Paid with cash from my 1st job.
Can you guess the colour and Year of the car ?
It was about 10 years old when I bought it. It had many Electrical problems.
Sometimes it just wouldn’t start !
Sometimes it would catch on fire.

Yeah, even with all its electrical problems it was a great car. I learned how to do all my own repairs.
Yeah, old cars are way better than cars available today, plus vintage.
My son is always telling me they had no plastic. Especially 60’s … Bumpers, body panels … thick gauge steel.

I actually always wanted the 2 circle headlights…. It wasn’t white.
Maybe black, that's the majority of what I always saw. Those reflections are messing with me
