Raw talents needs support

Hello blurtians,
I saw something very captivating today and it got me thinking,I saw a talented little boy on a street moulding sculptures with clay and it was really so amazing but the problem here in Africa is most talented are wasted due to lack of support.

Some hoodlums in the street of Africa today are talented but no support and they ended up a social wrong. Lets support each other.
