The current world population is estimated to be over 7.5 billion, and given the birth ratio, this population will reach 10 billion by 2050 or even earlier. Along with the growing population, human beings have resorted to modernity for their survival in their quest to make the world a better place. Although, this modernity is proving to be helpful in creating conveniences and comforts for human beings, on the other hand, dangerous and extremely deadly weapons are being developed to control each other.
Luxury has made life easier but on the other hand weapons have made life miserable. In practice, the world has always been a victim of imbalance. For the sake of domination of power, the desire to become an earthly god has made man the enemy of human life and he is crossing all boundaries. Man has always fought wars in various forms, which were called conventional wars, where bravery and determination were the greatest weapons.
Of course, man could not even think of sabotage like air pollution, because man was eco-friendly and planted plants and flowers, in the paths and above all to cultivate the beauty around him. Then man started making such weapons with which one can be targeted from anywhere without facing each other. The intoxication of man's power increased. In order to achieve prosperity, it was necessary to work for economic stability as well. Then industries were set up and a network of industries was spread all over the world.
World War II ended with the dropping of atomic bombs on two Japanese cities, Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Where the atomic bombs caused financial and human damage, the damage done to the environment is now being assessed somewhere. The world is still terrified of this worst terrorism.
The process of climate change began in the middle of the twentieth century. Arms manufacturing has also been given the status of an industry and the economy of a country like the United States is also said to depend on this industry. The race for power became even more dangerous when the race for nuclear and chemical weapons began.
The growing population is also a major cause of environmental pollution. The population is growing, we need employment for livelihood, so we have to set up industries for employment and these industries are causing huge pollution.
The world is concerned about the planet's environment, we have long heard about the ozone layer, which is getting weaker and weaker due to increasing environmental pollution, due to which the sun's rays are becoming intense. Global warming is accelerating and increasing gradually. Due to which avalanches (glaciers) are melting. Climate change is beginning to appear, earthquakes and hurricanes are on the rise, nuclear weapons are being used, deforestation is being attempted and trees are being cut down for business purposes. The melting of these avalanches will raise the sea level and the survival of the countries which are far below the sea level will be endangered.
Due to climate change, various diseases are also appearing, various kinds of pests and insects are common on the planet and many such issues, the main cause of which is this environment, are gradually becoming a source of trouble for human beings. Today, voices are being heard from all sides to stop global warming, but we have installed air-conditioners in our homes, whose hot air is going to join the atmosphere.
The world can be a heap of ruin and the time has been set. We are entangled in a system that has not been given the ability to solve. It doesn't matter if we blame the industrialists or we blame the wars. It is just a responsibility we are trying to fulfill. It is possible that nature will like the steps taken to save our environment and the time of the end of the world will be extended a little.
