The Bengali nation is called Bengali in fish and rice.
But it is not that Bengalis only eat flies.
We eat beef, chicken, mutton, pigeon meat, poultry.
However, we prefer to eat fish.
There are different types of fish in our country.
However, among the small fish, putti, tangra, mala, dhela, chela, kachki, etc. fish are very popular with everyone.
Although these fish are small in size, they are not small in nutrition at all. Judging from the nutritional value, there is not much difference between big and small fish.
However, in some cases the amount of nutrients found in small fish is higher. Because small fish can be eaten with thorns, it is not possible to eat big fish with thorns.
Today is a holiday though.
Yet I did very simple cooking today.
I have made small fish with potatoes.
And with that the lentils.
Believe me friends, the satisfaction that comes from eating these simple foods is not found in any Chinese or continental food.
However, I have fried some small fish in oil for my son.
This is because feeding small fish to meet the needs of protein, iron, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin-D for young children is very beneficial. These strengthen the body structure.
My son is also very happy to eat these crispy fried fish.
