Hi, my fellow BLURT readers!

Hope you all are doing really well and today I would like to share with you my Wednesday stroll to the Lake round Kurunegala 🏃. Simply, had a wonderful time with greenery and I would like to suggest to all of you that, reserve some time from your daily schedule, to be with nature and to feel the tranquility of nature 🌳 👌.

Embrazing cold lake breeze 😍

It was a sunny Wednesday 🌞 with a lovely climate. We all were at home, coz it’s a holiday. Me, my wife, and two of my brothers are trapped at home due to this prevailing pandemic 😷. It seemed we all bored and decided to roam for a short time. Even though gatherings are not allowed 🚫 these days, as we all are family members, conclude to walk away following good health hygiene and necessary safety precautions.

The journey took just eight minutes to arrive to our desired destination and the place looked so peaceful as there are no people. Trust me, our feeling was like a liberated bird who trapped at cage for long time. The lake breeze cuddled us as a warm welcome. 😍

Spent nearly one hour strolling along the jogging path 🏃 with our own chit-chats.

This jogging path was used by many people to walk but these days it looked really lonely. People can roam around the lake while watching this calm nature, observing birds chirping and enjoying the cool lake breeze.

Alone Jogging track at evening🏃

This sudden exposure to the greenery not only makes us feel better emotionally but also becomes a spiritual cure for us. This pleasing environment reverses our nervousness meanwhile elevating our physical wellbeing.

Beauty of the nature at its best 😍

You know, there are some mind-blowing health benefits of walking in nature 🏃🌻👇.

1) It reduces mental stress and anxiety.

2) Soothe our souls.

3) Make us happy.

4) It improves our immunity, specially which we will need to gain these days.

5) Lowers our blood pressure.

Hope you guys had a great time while reading my write-up and my desire for this is to make you cling to the nature. Coz, if we allured to it, nature will never against to us!
