Why do so many people fall and have a stroke in the bathroom?
Why not somewhere else?
For reflection. We always hear people fall in the bathroom and have a stroke and so on. Why don't we hear about falling anywhere else? A lecturer professor at the university in Malaysia, UITM who is also involved with state sports activities advised that when bathing, don't wet your head first, wet your body parts.

This is because when the head is wet and cold, all blood will flow to the head to heat the head, the logic is 'warm blooded human' and if there is a narrow blood vessel, a ruptured blood vessel can occur. This often happens in the bathroom.

Here's how to shower properly:
First, pour water on the soles of the feet.
Then proceed with a one in the calf.
Saddle on the thigh.
Saddle in the stomach.
Saddle on the shoulder.
Pause for 5-10 seconds We will feel like steam / wind coming out of the crown and even bristling, after that continue with bathing as usual.

The lesson: It's like a glass filled with hot water and then we fill it with cold water. What happened? Glass will crack!!! If our body.

what is cracked?
Our body temperature tends to be hot and the water is cold, so what happens if we shower directly flush on the body or head, the wind that should come out becomes trapped and can bring death due to rupture of blood vessels. So that's why we often find people falling in the bathroom suddenly having a 'stroke'. It may be that we often catch colds because of our wrong bathing method. Maybe we often get migraines because of the wrong way of bathing.

This method of bathing is good for all ages, especially those with diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and migraines / headaches. Please share for mutual benefit.

Healty is valuable....!!!
