Hi... today my friend send me this food. It's named Serabi Notosuman khas Solo.
Serabi sometimes served just like pancaked or rolled with leaves. Made of rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, and pandan, Serabi have spongy, and soft texture.
Serabi is a typical Solo food and sometimes tourist and travelers bought Serabi as a gift to bring back home and send to their family, friends or neighbors.
Serabi Notosuman has several flavor variants that are original and chocolate. I personally prefer the original taste. and keep in mind because the serabi is made using coconut milk so it's can't stand more than 24 hours in room temperature.
Well, today I already tell you guys about solo traditional food. So promise me you should try this food when you visit Solo.
