For example, I trained from Monday to Friday, which is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I work the legs, quadriceps, femoral, buttocks, that is, the lower part, and what is Tuesday and Thursday, I work the upper part, that is, on Tuesdays I do shoulder and back and on Thursdays I work vicep and trice.
Well, I have always liked to exercise, it freed me from stress and dedicated time to myself. and I'm doing fine...
