ich hoffe meine koreanischen Freunde honorieren heute meinen Post, den ich auch mal in koreanischer Sprache übersetzt habe.
Abends wird es richtig schön in Busan. Das habt Ihr sicher schon gemerkt. Das leben pulsiert in den Straßen. Ganz wundervoll fand ich die allabendliche Wassershow in der Fußgängerzone von Busan. Pünktlich zur Dämmerung geht auf einem großen Bereich in der Mitte der Fußgängerzone eine ca. 15 Minuten andauernde Show mit spritzenden Wasserspielen los, die in verschiedenen Formen und Höhen und in vielen Farben beleuchtet aus dem Boden schießen. Sozusagen ein Ballett des Wassers. Dazu erklingt Musik und die Menschen bestaunen das Schauspiel. Wirklich sehr schön anzuschauen.
Natürlich sind wir bei unserem Spaziergang wieder bei einem koreanischen BBQ gelandet und haben und Galbi schmecken lassen. Frisch gegrillt am Tisch. Dazu habe ich mir mal einen Soju, als Reisschnaps, schmecken lassen. Das gehört einfach dazu. Danach ging es weiter durch den Trubel der Fußgängerzone bis wir an einem Stand ankamen, an dem eine riesige Menschenschlange anstand.
Hier gab es scheinbar das beste Hot Tok am Ort. Dies sind Teigtaschen gefüllt mit eine Zucker und Zimtmischung, die dann im Öl frittiert werden. Extrem lecker, habe ich hier zum ersten mal gegessen. Erstaunlich war auch die Dame, die die Hot Tok zubereitet hat. Sie hat tatsächlich kein Kochwerkzeug benutzt. Sie hat die Hot Tok immer wieder mit der Hand, welche nur durch einen Einweghandschuh "geschützt" war, gewendet. Hierbei griff sie immer wieder einfach so in das heiße Öl. Und das nicht nur mal kurz. Keine Ahnung wie sie das gemacht hat. Vermutlich sind alle Nerven in ihren Händen bereits abgestorben, anders kann ich mir das nicht erklären. Aber diese Hot Tok sind wirklich der beste Nachtisch, den ich in Korea probieren durfte. Da geht kein Weg dran vorbei.

Of course we ended up at a Korean BBQ again during our walk and enjoyed Galbi. Freshly grilled at the table. In addition, I once enjoyed a soju, as a rice schnapps. That's just part of it. Then we continued through the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian zone until we arrived at a stand where there was a huge line of people.
Apparently they had the best hot tok in town. These are dumplings filled with a sugar and cinnamon mixture, which are then fried in oil. Extremely delicious, I ate here for the first time. Also amazing was the lady who prepared the hot tok. She actually didn't use any cooking tools. She kept turning the hot tok with her hand, which was only "protected" by a disposable glove. Here she grabbed again and again just like that in the hot oil. And not just for a short time. I have no idea how she did it. All the nerves in her hands have probably already died, I can't explain it any other way. But these hot tok are really the best dessert I had the pleasure to try in Korea. There's no way around it.
