This spicy porridge recipe
Necessary materials
200 grams of rice, roasted until yellow, coarsely ground.
1/2 grain of grated coconut, roasted until yellow, blender 250 grams of beef ribs.
2 liters of water.
Ground spices.
5 cloves of garlic.
6 red onions.
1/2 tsp black pepper.
1/2 tsp coriander, roasted.

How to make spicy porridge.
Porridge: cook water until it boils, add beef. Boil half cooked. Add rice and grated coconut. Cook until thickened and cooked. Add hot water if necessary.
Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Put it in the porridge. Add sliced vegetables and seasonings. Cook until well done.
Put the porridge in a serving bowl, sprinkle with anchovies, fried rice and fried peanuts. Pontianak spicy porridge is ready to eat.
