This is a traditional market, the name is "Pasar Winangun", this is one of the closest traditional markets from my home location in this place, economic activities start at 5 am every day, most of those who come to this place are housewives, they come to buy various kinds needs, and that morning the merchants were ready to welcome customers offering their various merchandise.
In this place, the most sold are rice, cooking oil, vegetables and fruit, iodized salt, beef, chicken and fish, sugar, milk, eggs and LPG gas as well as various other community needs.
When the economic crisis occurs, people reduce their household budget spending, delay buying houses, new cars, new gadgets, and delaying traveling to tourist destinations.
It's different from what happened in this traditional market, even though the economic cycle slowed down, this place was always visited by people and transactions always happened every day, the goods they bought is a basic need for the surrounding community and every household is obliged to serve food every day at the table.
In traditional markets the price is not a fixed price, if you shop a lot, traders can give discounts if the buyer bids, traditional markets have their own market segments, although supermarkets and modern shops have sprung up, traditional markets are never empty of visitors.
