Eating a Lettuce Salad

My first time making a salad. Since I already have two variants of lettuce, I added tomatoes, garlic, almonds, and an egg. As for the dressing, I used apple cider vinegar mixed with Strawberry syrup, salt, and pepper. Then I paired it with the Keto drink I bought online.
