Today is day 5 of what I call "Balik Alindog Program". Hihi! And until now, my body hasn't adjusted yet. It's pretty much mild compared to my usual routine before the pandemic. It's unlikely for me to be sleepy as early as 8 PM and sleep around 9 to 10 PM unless I gulp some coffee.
Anyway, my initial plan was to enroll in a fitness gym near my apartment. I found one and asked a couple of questions regarding the registration, membership, and such. I was pretty determined to start the next day, but then I realized, I don't have shoes! My Reebok is no longer in good condition after I used it for trekking last Saturday. I can still wear it, but I'm afraid it will give up on me while doing an exercise.
With that, I decided to do the Chloe Ting Challenge instead. I can't afford to pay for the fitness gym plus the coach fee and then buy a new pair of training shoes. No... I'm broke! Sadded.

The most important thing is not to go to the gym, nor the shoes, I complained about not having new shoes and I went out to the street, I saw a man who was missing a foot. It is great that you have raised the issue of acquiring these routines because I think that is the only thing that is really important, health. @kneelyrac
