It's my first time buying a self-help book. I am trying to correct my habits since it is one of my weaknesses. I easily get distracted, like my attention span is a little to none.
I am targeting first my habits, and the next one is my self-confidence. Though I strongly believe that my confidence is parallel to my physique. If I could achieve that tiny waist and thigh gap again, it might revive that confidence I once had.
