Close to freezing point: Mercury may dip to 1 degree Celsius in Delhi-NCR on Tuesday
The national capital on Monday morning witnessed the minimum temperature plunging to a bone-chilling 1.4 degrees Celcius, the lowest in the month since January 1, 2021 while a severe cold wave swept over Northern India.
