Autumn is the favorite season of most of the people of Bengal.
Because at this time new paddy is grown in every house in Bengal. The sweet smell of new rice spread everywhere.
This new golden paddy sheaf of autumn inspires many new hopes in the minds of the farmers.
When the golden paddy harvesting season begins after hard work, the eyes and minds of the farmers are filled with joy. Because this season is a relatively sure and happy season for the farmers.
Kartik and Agrahayan are the two months of autumn. Autumn is the time of famous Nabanna festival of Bengal. At this time the busyness of making new rice cakes and pies made of new paddy started from house to house in Bengal.
Since we are Bengalis in fish and rice. So after harvesting paddy in autumn, people of all walks of life are sure to store food for the whole year.
At present, since the rice harvesting season is going on in the homes of the people of Bangladesh. So I will now share with you the wonderful scene of rice harvesting and threshing.
