Yesterday

I have had to be travelling every week, and again , for most of the time my only way to get online is via my phone. One of the problems is sometimes the internet access speed is extremely slow and I am not a very patient man. But I can work with that, it really is the typing that gets me, these letters are just too small.

Where I am right now the place is holding its yearly fair, so they have school bands, marches, exhibitions, in fact all kinds of events. The only thing I have gone to is the cattlemen's association expo, I am not into cattle, but I must say they had some nice animals there, all types of breeds. Kind of a ripe smell too, even though they doo have lots of employees cleaning up and plentybof water.

But the heat has a part in it, this place is extremely hot and very dry, so there is an overall scent of sweat. Now I know literally hundreds of ranchers, most of whom were glad to see me, I was flooded with people asking me if I wanted a beer, I don't drink, if I wanted food, the heat didnt make me hungry and since all else failed if I would take a soft drink. You know, tthey only had Pepsi, I only drink Coke, I still drank a couple though.
