Things are very good right now in the crypto world. Bitcoin seems to be heading back to the $70,000.00 region and the crypto market cap is nearing 2.5 Trillion USD. What drives these changes in the price of crypto assets?Well, the answer of course is people, People who are afraid, hopeful, curious or in reality are just adventurers. Of course, we also have groups of people who work in manipulating the prices.
Then there are people in governments who also are trying to get more involved in this world. These are quite capable of moving the market through laws and even just by sending out rumors. Also you can bet there are the big guys, companies, corporations or just plain organizations who are also involved in manipulating prices.
What is so important about pricing? Well, look, all of us who are somehow involved in the crypto world really believe that crypto or at least something like it will be what will happen to the financial world in the not so distant future. Some people like this idea and try to have this happen sooner, others don't like it and are trying to not have this happen. So we come back again to people. If enough people invest enough money crypto can become just as important as fiat very soon.
So if you see the price go down it is because people interested in crypto either not evolving into the role it will have, or just people who want to make a killing by scaring investors into selling what they have. Then some group starts buying up crypto and it goes up again. This has been happening since the start, Bitcoin has had, four times I believe, the same cycle, down then up to incredible heights then down again. But each time the peak is higher and the lows are also higher. So it is a very good investment. It could get millions of people out of poverty. And for some reason there are people who don't think this is a good idea.
So the price of crypto is like a fight between those who want crypto to come out the winner, some who don't want this to happen and those who are just interested in how much they can get out of it. Between these big guys are all the other people, like me, who just want to make some money out of this thing and for whom the big issues are not a part of their lives.
I felt like writing and this is what came out, probably just crazy stuff but I will still post it, As an excuse I must say I have had about three sleepless nights so I am not at my best.
