Going back on my schedule and trying to turn things around

Body is a unexplainable thing. In June I was just over my schedule. I was in bed by 11pm and my body was waking up by itself at 8/9am. Now its different story. Trying to maintain 10 things at the same time, feeling tired because of that, talking to friends until late, constantly changing shift from morning to night and now I am just dying. After very long time I slep until noon. I was do mad at myself but I needed that so bad. The bad thing is that my body has changed my sleep schedule and now I cant fall asleep until late, Today it was until 6am and I wake at 6:30am so I slept for an hald hour and went for work.

Another thing is november. It is cursed month for me. Last year I spent it in my bed reading. Over 20books. Just reading and escaping from reality. It is happening to me again but I am trying to fight it and do something good for me. wish me luck with that.

I started reading Harry Potter and the cursed child. People say it's nothing special but as a big HP fan it's fun to read and definitally something to relax my brain from the harder book I was reading and the styding ofc

Me this morning waiting for a bus barely opening my eyes 😂

Me and the coullege being super bored at work. It was rainy all day so we were playing board games and having so much fun and being paid for that 😂
