Today is awful day for Turkiye. More than 5,000 people were killed when an earthquake struck central Turkey and north-west Syria.

I shared lots of post a few weeks ago about global warming in Turkiye and said It may support eartquake.

It is sad to hear this, my wishes are with everyone. It is a really hard time specially for those who lost their loved ones.

More than 1,600 people have been reported dead so far in northern Syria following the quake.
Emergency rescue teams said many buildings were damaged or destroyed and that people were trapped under the rubble.
The region is home to millions of refugees displaced by the civil war.
