Helllo blurtverse! Fresh Saturday morning to you all indeed!
Today, right at this moment I am starting back to my exercise routine by doing the treadmill. It has been 12 days since I stopped working out due to illness though had started walking around at work for the past two days already. Im taking that as a warm up. 😊
Since I just started back I am taking things slow by just walking today and maybe a bit of a jog. Running perhaps will happen some other time as I dont wanna push myself that much. Not just yet.
I am sooooo grateful to be back! Thank You, Lord!🙏

That's great news your are on the track again.
Nice.. thats good news.. as for me i made a short bike 10km ride in a slow pace just to lose those rust in the joints muscle and bones.. hihihih.. after a three week no bike.. so not forcing my legs as well.. have a nice day
