They say that the best therapy to get out what you carry inside is to write, get your thoughts out of your head, writing everything that comes to your mind, what is happening to you, how you feel, what you can not express in words, what you can not say or you have no one to say it to, you have no one to talk to.
Just with a pencil and a paper and start writing, the first thing that comes to your mind, or sit in front of your computer, and start sounding those keys, with each letter, forming words, that for you have some meaning, some value.
This is the only way you can get out what you don't say, what you don't speak, and what is bothering you.
