Today has been one of those days when I just don't want to get out of bed. The headache won't leave me alone, and I feel that the best thing I can do is to take it easy and rest a little more.
Sometimes, the body asks us to take a break, and although it's not always easy to listen, today I'm listening. Maybe with a little rest, some tea and a lot of quiet, I'll feel better soon.
