His music still remains undisputed even after death.
2PAC’s Double Album, 'All Eyes on Me' remains one of the best-selling Rap records ever, having been certified Diamond. The hugely popular album has also proved lucrative for frequent 2Pac collaborator DazDillinger.
As DJBooth points out, the West Coast veteran (Daz) shared on Instagram in June 2016 that he earns roughly $200,000 per quarter in publishing royalties from when his songs are played in commercials, on the radio, or used in film or television. Of that total, more than $80,000 was from tracks he produced on All Eyez. This calculates to well over $300,000 annually. 👀
Dillinger produced five tracks on the album, including (1)“Ambitionz Az a Ridah,” (2)“Amerikaz Most Wanted,” (3)“I Ain’t Mad at Cha,” (4) “Skandalouz,” and (5)“Got My Mind Made Up.” At the time, both 2Pac and Dillinger were signed to Death Row Records, with #Daz serving as one of the label’s primary producers alongside Dr Dre. 💯
Even in death 2pac still making money for his generation..
