Looking at this picture many things might be going on in your mind. You might be thinking negative or positive about this picture but the story behind the above picture is heart touching and inspiring but the story still amazed me whenever I remember it. I decided to share it to know your view on this
The old man in the above picture was sentenced to life imprisonment with starvation for stealing a loaf of bread during the reign of Louis the Xiv of France. The woman in the picture was his only daughter and she was the only one allowed to visit her father without no food. The securities made sure that she was not with any form of food with her before she see's her father.
But to their greatest surprise after 4 months the old man did not loose weight the Authorities was wondering what was going on so they decided to spy on the woman to know what was going on. To their greatest surprise they caught the woman sharing her baby's milk (Breastfeeding) with her father to the fullest.
The Authorities filed a case against the woman but the Judge realized the love and compassion between daughter and father touched his heart. Eventually the judge had mercy on both of them and decided to release them.
My question is that, is it possible for that woman's milk to sustain that man for that long.
