Seven Fairies Waterfall is a waterfall located in the interior of North Aceh Regency, precisely in the middle of a very virgin wilderness in Pulo Meuria Village, Geureudong Pase District, about 50 km from Lhokseumawe City.
This waterfall is not an ordinary tourist spot, to be able to reach this waterfall is not an easy journey, it requires a long and tiring journey and through quite extreme roads that divide the wilderness which is the path of the elephants. The condition of the road is still in the form of soil mixed with rocks, during the rainy season this road will be very slippery and very difficult to pass because you have to go up and down hills, plus you have to cross several rivers whose currents are quite heavy whose depth reaches the waist of an adult, so it is quite challenging and adrenaline, it is not an easy thing to be able to enjoy the beauty of this one waterfall, however, the beauty of the landscape will be able to pay off all the tiredness.
It is still a big question for me, the origin of the naming of this waterfall because from several sources that I asked had different answers. This waterfall does have several levels with different heights that resemble a bathing pool for angels. This waterfall does have a charm like an angel who came down from heaven, the beauty and clarity of this waterfall is very awake like a virgin, as if protected by the thick jungle. As soon as you get here, you want to immediately jump in to feel the freshness and coldness of this waterfall to pay for all the fatigue on a long journey.
Above the Seven Fairies Waterfall, about an hour's drive through the waterway, there is an interesting spot, a blue lake which is a natural lake. The surface of the water is calm enough to reassure the soul, with turquoise water like a mirror lake. Very tempting to enjoy.
