| UCL Final Real Madrid vs Liverpool – 28th May 2022 ||
A huge final tonight upon all of us. Biggest game of the season! Real Madrid face Liverpool again in the finals. Key differences from the last final final meeting in 2018 include missing of elite defender like Ramos from Real Madrid side who knows how to handle big games (Casemiro shall step up).
Brazilian goal keeper, Karius will also be missing in Liverpool team and them having experience of playing in UCL finals (played 2018 and 2019 finals). Madrid did face them last year in the quarter finals where we thrashed them 3-1 in the first leg and a goalless draw in the second.
Liverpool's main centre-backs were out from both legs which certainly gave Real Madrid an advantage. Although Real Madrid team was riddled with injuries (Vazquez playing for Carva, Nacho for Varane and Asensio), result was outstanding.
To talk about Liverpool, they have been in excellent form with losing the PL by just one point despite scoring 92 points! They won the FA cup and EFL cup as well. They have played
maximum games possible for an English club (around 63 I guess) and lost just 3.
This shows character, determination to
win and the quality they have. To be honest, I give 50/50 chances to both teams to win because of the intensity and standards both teams have.
