Vitamin A-rich kachura data fry

How is everyone? I hope everyone is much better and healthier. I am also much better.
Kachusha is rich in vitamin A. Regular consumption of kachu shak increases the brightness of the eyes. This kachu tree grows in the garden. Today I have fried kachu data at home. So I thought I would share with you. So let's see how I fry the data.
I have taken small size kachu tree here for frying kachu data.
This time I removed the leaves from the kachu tree and cut the data into small pieces.
Here I also took onion powder, garlic powder, raw chilli, salt and turmeric powder.
This time I put a pan in the oven and let the kachu data boil a little with water in the pan.
It has been cooked. Now I have separated the kachu data from the water.
Once again, I put a pan in the oven and put oil in the pan and chopped the onion, garlic and raw chilli for a while.
After a while, I put salt and turmeric powder in it. This time it has been mixed well by stirring well. If you move it in this way for a while, Kachu data will be fried. Kachur Data Bhaji has been created. This time I took it off the stove.
