Very tasty patal cooked with coconut milk

Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hopefully by the infinite mercy of the Creator everyone is well and healthy. I'm fine too.

Today I came back to you with a new cooking recipe to cook patal with coconut milk. It is very tasty to eat. I hope you like it. So let's not be late friends and see how I cooked patal with coconut milk.

I took the ingredients to cook the patal with coconut milk-

1- A coconut
2- 500 grams of patal
3- 10 to 12 green chilli paste
4- Three onion sprouts
5- A garlic paste
6- 1 teaspoon cumin paste
7- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
8- Salt to taste
9- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and
10- quantity of soybean oil etc.

Cooking method-

Step-1
At first I peeled the patal well. I left the patal intact and cracked them slightly on both sides. This time I have washed the patal well with clean water.

Step-2
This time I cracked the coconut and took the coconut.

Step-3
This time I took out the coconut milk and strained it in a container.

Step-4
This time I put a ring in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I stir it a little with onion powder and stir it again with green chilli paste and garlic paste for a while.

Step-5
After stirring for a while, I put coconut milk in it. Now I will fry the coconut milk for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step-6
After frying for 3 to 4 minutes, when the coconut milk has reduced a lot, add salt and turmeric powder and stir again for a while.

Step-7
In this way, after burning for a while, when the coconut milk decreased a lot, I put the pre-washed patal in it. Now I will remove the patal by moving them well.

Step-8
When the patal are well drained, I have given enough water inside them. Now I will fake it for 10 to 12 minutes.

Step-9
After frying for 10 to 12 minutes, when it will come down a lot, I have mixed it with cumin paste. Now let it melt for 5 to 6 minutes with a lid.

Step-10
After 5 to 6 minutes of burning, when the broth is completely reduced, I spread cumin powder on it. But you can see that there is no soup for cooking my patal, only oil can be seen. After spreading the cumin powder, cover it with a lid for one to two minutes so that the aroma does not come out. I have easily cooked patal with coconut milk. Now I am lifting the lid and serving Patal in a pot.
