So friends, I have taken the materials here for frying data vegetables with very few ingredients-
- 1- Data vegetables
2- Raw chilli slice
3- Crushed garlic
4- Salt
5- Yellow powder and
6- Soybean oil etc.
Preparation and Process
- First I cut the data and leaves of Data vegetable here. Now I have washed them well.
- This time I took enough water in a pan. This time I put green pepper inside it. This time I have given the data inside it. This time I covered the inside with a lid with salt and turmeric powder.
- This time I put the ring in the oven. This time I will burn for a while. After a while I lifted the lid and moved it well. This time I dried the water of Data Shaak by stirring it frequently.
- This time I put the moving data vegetable aside and did a little work and put some oil inside it. When the oil is hot, I put crushed garlic inside it. Now stir well and fry till light reddish. So it has been lightly fried.
- Now I have mixed the data vegetable with light reddish fried garlic by stirring it well. A very tasty and healthy data vegetable fry can be made by stirring it in this way for a while. So I moved it a little bit frequently. This time I took it down from the stove.
- This time I am serving in a container.
