Today I came back to cook a very nutritious kachu leaf with a new recipe among you. I hope you like it.
Kachu leaves are rich in calcium and phosphorus. Cactus leaves also help in bone formation. There are also many other qualities.
So let's see, friends, how I cooked kachu leaves.
Here I have the materials-
Kachu leaves, green chilli slices, chopped onion, garlic cloves, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.
Recipe -
First I took the kachu leaves here. Now I have cut the leaves of kachu into small pieces and washed them with clean water.
This time I put a ring in the oven and gave the same amount of water to the pan. This time I put salt, turmeric powder and raw chilli in it. This time, when the bolak went into the water, I put the chopped kachu leaves inside it. Now I will light it for a while with a lid.
After a while, I will remove the lid, move the leaves and dry the water inside. Kachu leaves have been moved. This time I took it down from the stove.
This time again I put a ring in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I put onion paste and crushed garlic in it. I crushed the garlic cloves a little. Now I will fry the chopped onion and crushed garlic reddish. So my onion and crushed garlic are fried red. This time I put kachu leaves inside it. This time I have mixed them by stirring them for a while. So I have easily made a very nutritious kachu leaves cooking. This time I am serving in a container.
