So friends let's know how I made fried Bitter gourd with potatoes-

Here are the ingredients I have taken to make Bitter gourd fried with potatoes –

  • 1- Bitter gourd
    2- Potatoes
    3- Chopped onions
    4- garlic cloves
    5- Salt
    6- Turmeric powder and
    7- Soybean oil etc.

Preparation and process -

  • First here I cut the bitter gourd and potato into small pieces. Now wash the bitter gourd and potato well together.

  • Now put a pan on the stove and put some oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, put chopped onion and chopped garlic in it. Now stir it a little and fry it.

  • Now I put the washed gourd and potato chips inside it. Now stir it well and add salt and turmeric powder inside it. Now again I have stirred it well for a while and mixed it well. In this way, I will fry it on low flame for a while. So I fried the bitter gourd for a while with frequent stirring. Bitter gourd with potatoes is ready. Now take it out of the oven.
