Very healthy Karala mash made with little ingredients at home
Assalamu Alaikum,
I hope everyone is well. Again and I came back to you again and again with a new recipe with a little ingredients at home in a very healthy way. I hope you like it. So let's see how I did it.
Karala is rich in vitamins A and C. Karala is also a vegetable with many nutrients. Although it is bitter to eat, its quality is much higher.
Here are some of the ones I found to be interesting:
1 - 3 karla
2 - 1 clove of garlic
3 - 3 chopped onions
4 - Salt and
5 - Mustard oil etc.
Step-1
This time I washed the karlas well with clean water.
Step-2
This time I put a ring in the oven and put enough water in the pan. This time I let the karlas boil in water. In this way, if you burn it for 10 to 15 minutes, the karla will be cooked.
Step-3
The karla is cooked. This time I have separated the karla from the water and picked it up in a container.
Step-4
Put a pan in the oven again and fry the onion in the pan with mustard oil. Once the onion is fried, I will chop the garlic cloves inside it and fry it till it turns red. My onion and garlic are fried. This time I picked them up in a container.
Step-5
This time I have taken out the grains from inside the karla. Now I have fried onion paste (slightly) and garlic paste and made a good paste with salt. Now I will mix onion paste, garlic kwa bhaji paste and karla together well by hand. I rubbed it well with my hands. My karla bharta has been made in a very healthy way.
Step-6
This time I am serving with kara mash in a bowl with fried onion crumbs on top.
