Very easy way to cook vegetarian eggplant

We usually like to eat fried eggplant. But today I am sharing with you how to cook vegetarian eggplant in a very simple way. Eggplant tastes very delicious to eat cooked. We usually cook with eggplant fish so today I cooked vegetarian eggplant. I hope you like it. So let's see how I cooked vegetarian eggplant, friends.
I took two eggplants and a potato here to cook the eggplant. This time I took water in a container. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. If you peel the eggplant, nothing happens to those who have allergies to eggplant.
Here I also took green chilli slices, chopped onion, whole cumin, salt and turmeric powder.
This time I put the pan in the oven and stirred it for a while with the same amount of oil in the pan, chopped onion and sliced โโgreen chillies.
After a while, I stirred it again with salt and turmeric powder and gave it some amount of water.
Then when the water is thick, I put the pre-cut eggplant and potato pieces in it. Now cover it with a lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
After burning for 15 to 20 minutes, I put whole cumin seeds in it. This time I stirred it well and forged it again for 4 to 5 minutes. After four to five minutes of burning, my eggplant is ready to cook. This time I took it off the stove.
