Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope all is well and healthy by the infinite mercy of the Creator. I'm fine too.

Today I came back to cook sweet pumpkin with another new cooking recipe. I hope you like it.

Sweet pumpkin is a vegetable national food. Sweet pumpkins are rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C. There are also R and many other elements. Eating sweet pumpkin helps prevent various diseases. Such night blindness also helps prevent many other diseases.

So let's see how I cooked sweet pumpkin without delay, friends.

Here are the ingredients for cooking sweet pumpkin-

Sweet pumpkin, onion paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.

Cooking method-

First I cut the sweet pumpkin into small pieces. This time I washed the sweet pumpkin well with clean water.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I put onion paste, green chilli paste and garlic paste in it. This time I stirred them for a while and put sweet pumpkin in it. After stirring the sweet pumpkin for a while, I will stir it again with salt and turmeric powder.

After stirring for a while, I put enough water in it. Now I will burn for 7 to 8 minutes.

After simmering for 7 to 8 minutes, when the broth is completely reduced, I will stir it with cumin paste for a while. After stirring for a while, the sweet pumpkin will be cooked when the broth is completely reduced. Sweet pumpkin has been cooked. This time I took it down from the stove. This time I am serving in a container.
