So friends let's see how I fried spinach -
Here are the ingredients I have taken for frying spinach-
1- Spinach
2- Sliced green pepper
3- Chopped onions
4- Crushed garlic
5- Salt
6- Turmeric powder and
7- Soybean oil etc.
Preparation and process -
First here I have spinach. Now cut the spinach into small pieces. Now wash them well.
Now put a pan in the oven and put spinach in the pan. This time I have sliced green pepper inside. Now cover with a lid and cook for a while. After a while I lifted the lid and put salt and turmeric powder inside it. I have moved well this time. In this way, I moved frequently for a while. So after stirring frequently for a while, the spinach water has dried up. Now take it out of the oven.
Now again put a pan in the oven and put some oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Now fry chopped onion and crushed garlic until light red. So chopped onions and crushed garlic are fried till light red.
Now I have given the spinach that has been stirred before. This time again I have moved well. So I fried the spinach by stirring it for a while. So now I have taken it off the stove. Now serving in a bowl.
So friends I have made very nutritious spinach fried with very few ingredients.
