So friends, let's see how I have fried saanchi vegetables with potatoes-
Here are the ingredients I have taken to make Saanchi vegetables fried with Potatoes-
1- Saanchi vegetables
2- Potatoes
3- Sliced green pepper
4- Chopped onions
5- Crushed garlic
6- Salt
7- Turmeric powder and
8- Soybean oil etc.
Preparation and process -
First I have sanchee greens and potatoes here. Now finely chop the vegetables. Now I have cut the potatoes into small pieces. Now wash the vegetable and potato together well.
Now put a pan on the stove and put a little water in the pan. This time I added salt and turmeric powder inside. Now I will fake it for a while. After some time the balak came in the water.
This time I have added saanchi and potato chips inside. This time I have sliced green chillies inside. Now cover it with a lid and keep it for a while. After a while I lifted the lid and stirred it well. In this way, the water inside the vegetables has dried up after stirring it frequently for some time. Now take it out of the oven.
Now again put a pan in the oven and put enough oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Now fry onion and crushed garlic until light red.
Now inside it I have added the mixed vegetables and potatoes. Now stir it well and fry it. So I fried it by stirring it for a while. Now take it out of the oven.
