Hello friends,
Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everybody is doing very well and healthy. I am also much better inshallah.
Today I came back to you with a new recipe to roast the small tengra fish of the bill. In fact, this fish is usually found everywhere, sometimes in the market. However, it is not available all day. So today in our market small domestic bill tengra fish has risen. That's why I bought it from the market. So I thought I would share with you. I hope you like it.
So let's not be late friends, let's see how I roasted the small tengra fish in the bill.
Here are the ingredients for roasting the small tengra fish in the bill.
Tengra fish, Chop the onion, onion paste, green chilli paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.
How to roast tengra fish-
At first I took tengra fish here. Look at the fish, but only one or two live. Now I will cut the fish well and clean it. Since it has cuts, it has to be carefully cut and cleaned. The fish have been cleaned, cut and washed.
This time I put a pan in the oven and put a small amount of oil in the pan with a little bit of onion paste and put the raw chilli, onion, garlic and cumin together in it. This time I stirred them well for a while and added salt and turmeric powder inside. This time I will remove the spice by stirring it again for a while.
The spices have been removed. Then I put small tengra fish inside it. This time I will move the fish a little and wash the fish with a little water inside it. So the fish have been taken away.
This time I have given enough water inside it. This time I will burn for a while. After frying for a while, when the broth is reduced a lot, then tengra fish roast will be made. So in a very short time I have made tengra fish roast. This time I took it down from the stove. This time I am serving in a container.
So friends, so far today. Many, many thanks to everyone for viewing my recipe today. Hope you like my recipe today. I pray to the Creator that everyone stays well and stays healthy.
God bless you.
