Punishak chachhari with silver cup fish

Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope all is well and healthy by the infinite mercy of the Creator. I am also much better inshallah.

Today I came back to you again with a new cooking recipe punishak chachhari with Silver Cup Fish. I hope you like it.

So let's not be late friends and see how I made a punishak chachhari with Silver Cup Fish -

Here are the ingredients to make punishak chachhari with Silver Cup Fish.

Punishak, a potato, pre-fried silver cup fish, onion paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.

Cooking method-

First I cut the data of Punishak into small pieces and cut the leaves into small pieces. Here I cut a potato and small pieces.

This time I have washed the punishak well with clean water.

This time I put the pan in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan and put onion paste, garlic paste and raw chilli paste in it. Now I will handle these well for a while.

After moving it for a while, I put a punch inside it.

After stirring for a while, I will stir it again with salt and turmeric powder. Now I will cover it with a lid for a while.

After a while, I will lift the lid and shake it well to remove the punishak.

When the spinach is removed, I have given enough water inside it.

When it became thick in the water, I put the pre-fried fish pieces in it. Now I will burn for a while.

After a while, when the broth comes down a lot, I put cumin paste in it. Now I will stir it well and light it for a while.

After burning for a while, my punishak chachhari has been cooked. This time I took it off the stove.
