So here are the ingredients for cooking kachu leaves-
- 1- Kachu leaves
2- Chili slice
3- Crushed garlic
4- Salt
5- Yellow powder and
6- Soybean oil etc.
Cooking method -
- At first I cut the kachu leaves into small pieces here. This time I have washed the leaves well.
- This time I put a ring in the oven and put enough water in the pan. This time I put salt, turmeric powder and raw chilli in it. This time I will burn for a while.
- After a while, Jhole Balak came. This time I put kachu leaves inside it. This time I covered it with a lid. This time I will fake it again for a while.
- After a while I lifted the lid. This time I have moved the leaves well. In this way, I will dry the water by stirring the young leaves frequently. Kachu leaves have been moved frequently. This time I took it down from the stove.
- This time I put a ring in the oven again and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I put crushed garlic inside it. Now I will fry the crushed garlic reddish by stirring it well. So the garlic has been fried reddish.
- This time I have given the inside of the kachu leaves that have been moved before. Now I will mix it by stirring well. So I moved the leaves well for a while. This time I took it down from the stove.
- So my friends, it is very easy to cook a lot of nutritious kachu leaves with little ingredients. This time I am serving in a container.And if you cook kachu leaves in this way, it tastes much better. It tastes much better, especially with hot rice.
