In a very simple way, home-made hilsa fish soup is very tasty to eat
Hello friends,
Assalamu Alaikum,
Hope everybody is doing well. I'm fine too.
Hilsa fish is a very popular fish. Hilsa fish is known as the national fish of Bangladesh. Hilsa fish is not found everywhere. This fish is caught from the river Padma.
Who doesn't love to eat hilsa fish. He who can't eat any fish also likes to eat hilsa fish. Hilsa fish is very tasty to eat. Today I have cooked hilsa fish at home. So I thought I would share it with you. So let's see how I cooked hilsa fish.
Step-1
I have taken hilsa fish here to cook hilsa fish.
Step-2
This time I have cut the hilsa fish well and cleaned it into small pieces.
Step-3
Here I have also taken onion paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, raw chilli paste, salt and turmeric powder.
Step-4
This time I put a pan in the oven and stirred the oil, onion paste, garlic paste and raw chilli paste for a while.
Step-5
Then add salt and turmeric powder and stir well again for a while to remove the spices.
Step-6
After draining it for a while, I put the amount of water inside it.
Step-7
In this way, after frying for two to three minutes, when the water is thick, I put the hilsa fish in it. Now I will fry it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step-8
After cooking for 15 to 20 minutes, stir well with cumin paste and cover with a lid for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step-9
After two to three minutes, my hilsa fish will be cooked. My hilsa fish is cooked this time I took it down from the stove.
So friends so far today. Please let me know how you like my cooking. I wish you all good health. Thank you all very much.
God bless you.
