Today I came back to cook a very delicious vegetarian eggplant with a new recipe among you. We usually like to eat fried eggplant. But the way I cooked eggplant today, it tastes great. I hope you like it.
So friends, let's see how I cooked eggplant.
Here are the ingredients for cooking eggplant-
Two eggplants, one potato, onion paste, green chilli paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.
Recipe -
First I put water in a container. Here I am using pond water. In fact, if you take fresh water from the tap, the eggplant turns black. So this time I have peeled the eggplant. This time I cut eggplant and potato into small pieces and put them in water.
This time I put a pan in the oven and put some oil in the pan. This time I stirred the onion inside it for a while and put the raw chilli paste and garlic paste inside it. Now stir it for a while and add salt and turmeric powder to it.
The spice has been removed in a good way, now I have put a little water in it. When the water is thick, I put the potato and eggplant pieces in it. Now I will cover it with a lid for a while by stirring it a little. After a while, I will remove the lid and grate the eggplant well.
Eggplant has been removed. This time I have given enough water inside it. Now I will burn it for a while. After a while, I will stir it a little with cumin paste and light it again for a while. Eggplant cooking will be ready when the broth is reduced a lot. So look at the purple but there is a small amount of broth. This time I took it off the stove. So I have made eggplant cooking very easily. If it is cooked in this way, it feels very wonderful to eat.
