Today I came back with a new recipe among you. A few days ago I shared with you the cooking of Punishak with Hilsa fish. So today, in a slightly different way, I have made a very tasty Punishak chachhari without fish. So I thought I would share with you. I hope you like it.
So friends let's see how I made Punishak chachhari without fish-
Here I have the materials-
Punishak, green chilli slices, chopped onion, crushed garlic, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.
Recipe -
First I cut the leaves of Punishak into small pieces and cut the data of Punishak into small pieces. This time I have washed the clothes.
This time I put a ring in the oven and put enough water in the pan. This time I put salt, turmeric powder, onion powder and raw chilli in it. When it became strong in the water, I put punishak inside it. This time I will move it and burn it for a while. After burning for a while, the broth has come down a lot. This time I took it down from the stove.
This time again I put a pan in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan with the crushed garlic inside. Now I will fry the crushed garlic till it turns red. It has been fried turns red. This time I have given it inside with the already forged punishak. Now stir it well and stir it again with cumin paste and cover it with a lid. After a while, the soup of Punishak chachhari has come down completely. This time I took it down from the stove. I did not put any broth in it as I had made a paste of Punishak. So it is very easy to make my Punishak chachhari. It is very tasty to eat. You must try it at home to see how delicious it is to eat Punishak chachhari without fish.
