Last December 16 was our great victory day.
The month of Victory is 16th December. In this month, on 16 December 1971, Bangladesh gained independence after being freed from the enemy. Victory Day is celebrated on December 16 every year with various festivals.

On December 16, 1971, after nine months of war, Bangladesh gained independence and wrested victory from the invading Pakistani forces. Bangladesh celebrates the day on December 16 with various activities and festivals. Wake up in the morning on 16th December Prabhat Feri ceremony followed by offering tributes to martyrs and the day is celebrated with parades, Victory Day processions, parades and various cultural events.

So, to free this mother from the enemy, on 16th December 1971, 3 million martyrs were freed in exchange for their blood. Therefore, the Great Victory Day is celebrated on December 16 every year in memory of this martyr.
